    Lockout/Tagout Safety Procedures

    The purpose of this course is to provide you with information on proper hazardous energy control procedures to prevent injury or death caused by the accidental start up or release of energy during machine inspections.

    The course will give an overview of relevant safety regulations, increase your understanding of the risks associated with hazardous energy, and explain the contents of FSIS Directive 4791.11, Lockout/Tagout Safety Procedures, in detail, so that you may safely perform these procedures as needed in the course of your job duties.
