Course Registration:
Before starting the course, please go to the course registration section below and click on the online registration link to complete the registration form.
Course Completion:
Begin the course by opening the introduction module to start the course and learn how to navigate the training system features.
This course focuses on how to perform verification activities for Non-Food Safety Consumer Protection Tasks. This course will cover Labeling, Net Weights, Sausage operations, Cured Meat and Poultry Products, Meat and Poultry Products with Added Solutions, and Inspection Responsibilities. You will be refreshed on the required calculations to determine Restricted Ingredients usage and Gain or Loss of solutions in products. It is recommended that you have scratch paper and a calculator as you progress through the course.
Once you have completed the course, please complete the evaluation form located at the bottom of this page.
A student handout is located below in the resources section, which can be downloaded and saved to your computer or printed if you wish to do so.
