The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002, better known as the No FEAR Act, as amended by the Elijah E. Cummings Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act of 2020, requires that federal agencies be accountable for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. This course will outline the rights federal employees have under these laws and provide details on how the No FEAR Act is implemented.
