  • Trainee CSIs use the link below to enroll in the Pre/Post OJT AgLearn Course. This is where trainee CSIs complete the Pre-IM and Post-IM quizzes and where they upload supervisor-signed OJT Procedures Guides.

  • CSI TLs use this Procedures Guide to provide new CSIs with on-the-job training prior to IM training to equip new CSIs with foundational awareness and basic workplace skills. The new CSI's supervisor signs the completed guide. The new CSI uploads the signature page into AgLearn prior to attending IM training.

  • The CSI TL reviews the relevant policy documents, regulatory requirements, and inspection methodology included in these job aids with new CSIs as part of OJT.
