The course ends on Thursday, December 19, 2025, 2025, at 6:00 pm ET.
(5:00 pm CT, 4:00 pm MT, 3:00 pm PT)
The class starts at 9:00 am ET and ends at 6:00 pm ET on each day of the training.
Course Overview
This course provides a review of SPS, SSOP, HACCP, RTE, NRs, Sampling, and Labeling. It will include scenarios and case studies covering topics such as Egg Products, Slaughter Inspection, HACCP Processing Categories, etc.
Target Audience
CSIs and PHVs who have previously attended either FSRE (3 weeks) & FSRE Shelf-Stable, FSRE (2 weeks) & RTE/SS or Inspection Methods may attend this training. Egg Inspector (CSIs) who previously attended Inspection Methods may also attend this training.
Course Logistics
This course will be instructor-led, conducted virtually (online) through Microsoft Teams.
Participants will need a government computer, audio via computer or phone, and internet access via MiFi, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet. NOTE: Participants are now required to use a government-issued computer. If a government-issued computer is needed, please submit a request to CEC prior to the class. CFL-issued computers will no longer be available for any class.
Prior to the class, CFL will email each participant the following: the course agenda, Microsoft Teams access information, and an Inspection Methods e-notebook which contains the topics that will be covered in the course.
